Return Policy

We will accept returns and provide full refund under the following conditions:

  1. Online orders cannot be returned and refunded in-store. Please see in-store exchange policy.
  2. Purchase was made at www.crocs.com.my
  3. Footwear are in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached. Footwear without all original hangtags attached will not be eligible for return or in-store exchange.
  4. Jibbitz is not allowed to be returned, exchanged or refund.
  5. Initiate return within 15 days of order is received.

Note: Return shipping is borne by customers. Please allow 1 week processing time. Crocs retail stores do not accept any returns of purchases made online. Retail stores do accept exchanges. Check Exchanges page for details.
