Return Policy

New Return Policy (effective 2 Dec 2025):

  • For orders placed from 2 Dec 2025 onwards, no return or refund due to change of mind, including reasons such as preference, incorrect choice, or sizing concerns.
  • Only product exchange is offered, and must be done at our physical retail stores*.

We will accept returns and provide full refund under the following conditions (for order placed before 2 Dec 2025):

  1. Online orders cannot be returned and refunded in-store. Please see in-store exchange policy.
  2. Purchase was made at www.crocs.com.my
  3. Footwear are in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached. Footwear without all original hangtags attached will not be eligible for return or in-store exchange.
  4. Footwear purchased as part of special clearance or promotions, such as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free," are not eligible for return or refund.
  5. Jibbitz is not allowed to be returned, exchanged or refund.
  6. Initiate return within 15 days of order is received.
  7. If your order includes free item(s) as part of a promotion, all eligible items associated with the promotion must be returned.

Note: Return shipping is borne by customers. Please allow 1 week processing time. Crocs retail stores do not accept any returns of purchases made online. Retail stores do accept exchanges. Check Exchanges page for details.
