Exchange Policy

New Exchange Policy (effective 2 Dec 2025):

  • Only product exchange is offered, and must be done at our physical retail stores.
  • Jibbitz™ is not allowed to exchanged.
  • Exchange must be completed within 14 days after the order is received.
  • Footwear must be in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability at the store.
  • Please kindly contact us crocs@alanticsports.com at least 1 working day earlier to reserve the stock before going to the retail store for the exchange. Exchange request will be rejected without prior reservation.

Sizing & Style Conditions

  • If the requested size is out of stock, customers may:
    • Exchange to other styles at the same price, or
    • Select a higher-priced item with a top-up payment.
  • For higher-priced selections → customer must top up the price difference.
  • For same-priced selections → even exchange, no additional cost.
  • For lower-priced selections → exchange is allowed, but:
    • No refund or credit will be issued for the difference, and
    • The balance amount will be forfeited.

Exchange Policy (for order placed before 2 Dec 2025):

  • Exchange can be facilitated at our retail stores* or mailing. Please contact us at least 1 working day earlier to reserve the stock before going to the retail store for the exchange. Exchange request will be rejected without prior reservation.
  • Footwear must be in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
  • Exchange within 15 days from purchase date.
  • You must show order confirmation email to Crocs staff at the time of exchange.
  • Clearance and online exclusive items cannot be exchanged at the retail stores.
  • No refund or partial refund – even if new item is cheaper.**
  • You have to top up price difference if new item is more expensive.**
  • Jibbitz is not allowed to exchanged.
  • Retail stores do not accept returns for online purchases. Please check our Return Policy here.
