Exchange Policy
- Exchange can be facilitated at our retail stores*, warehouse or mailing. Please contact us at least 1 working day earlier to reserve the stock before going to the retail store for the exchange. Exchange request will be rejected without prior reservation.
- Footwear must be in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
- Exchange within 15 days from purchase date.
- You must show order confirmation email to Crocs staff at the time of exchange.
- Clearance and online exclusive items cannot be exchanged at the retail stores.
- No refund or partial refund – even if new item is cheaper.**
- You have to top up price difference if new item is more expensive.**
- Jibbitz is not allowed to exchanged.
