Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy before submitting a request.

  • Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store
  • Orders must be placed via www.crocs.com.my
  • Items must be returned within 25 days from the date of purchase
  • Items must be unworn, in resalable condition, and with original tags attached
  • We currently offer refunds only – exchanges and replacements are not available

 

Return Instructions

To return your product, you will need to initiate a return process within 25 days of your order date.

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Click the Start a Return button to begin your return. Your request will be reviewed within 1–3 working days.

Step 2: Pickup Arrangement

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup from your address
  • Pickup will be scheduled within 1–3 working days (depending on location)
  • Please ensure your items are securely packed

 

Step 3: Return & Inspection

  • Your return will be shipped to our warehouse for inspection
  • The quality check may take up to 2 weeks

 

Step 4: Refund

Once your return has been inspected and approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method (e.g. credit card)
  • If you do not receive your refund within 20 working days after processing, please contact us for assistance.

 

Important Information

  • Items that do not meet return conditions will be rejected and not refunded
  • Rejected items will be returned to customers where applicable. Items that do not qualify may not be returned. 
  • Free gifts must be returned together with qualifying items
  • Selected promotional or clearance items may not be eligible for returns

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective, incorrect, or missing item:
  • Please contact Customer Service with your Order ID and photos
  • Your case will be reviewed within 1–3 working days
